Section 02 · Art & staging

A painter who happens to sell houses.
Or the other way around.

JW paints large. Her work goes onto walls in homes she's selling — and into restaurants, hotels, and offices that want a quiet center of gravity. One person, two crafts, one taste.

For staging

Stage with original work, not stock prints

Buyers remember a room with one striking painting. JW loans her large canvases (48×72 inches and up) to listings she represents — a quiet differentiator when three identical condos hit the market in the same week. The painting is removed at closing or available for purchase by the buyer.

Available on listings she represents directly. No additional staging fee.

For commercial

Restaurants, hotels, offices, lobbies

Commissions sized to the wall. Color palette and scale agreed upfront. Concept sketches within two weeks, finished work in 6–10 weeks depending on size. Delivery, hanging, and lighting consult included on commercial commissions over a set threshold.

Recent commercial commissions: K-town restaurant, Beverly Hills dental practice, Wilshire law firm lobby.

For collectors

Acquire directly from the studio

A rotating set of finished pieces is available directly from the studio. Visit by appointment in Koreatown — or request a hi-res preview pack by email. Pricing is on request and depends on size, medium, and series.

Email [email protected] with subject line "Studio visit" or "Preview pack".

How it works

Whether you're staging, commissioning, or collecting, the first conversation is the same — a 20-minute call about your space.

  1. 01

Send a few photos & rough dimensions

Email or text. Phone snapshots are fine — they tell JW more than perfect photographs.

  2. 02

    20-minute conversation

About the room: light, the colors already there, what the wall is for, what feeling you want when you walk in.

  3. 03

    Proposal within a week

Concept sketch (or existing work selection), price, timeline, delivery plan.

  4. 04

    Make, deliver, hang

50% deposit to start, balance on delivery. JW or her team hangs the piece and adjusts lighting on the spot.
